    Hello everyone, I'm Gill. As a person who is passionate about exploring new things, I'm fond of traveling and also eating various types of exotic food to refresh my life. Besides, I love playing sports and listening to music in my free time. Speaking of my reading history, I used to read a lot of comic books and story books when I was an elementary school student. I enjoyed reading books having many illustrations as well as a simple story at that time. While as I grew up as a teenager, the time I spent on reading extracurricular books had been drastically decreased since I had to focus more on my study. However, I would still read some books in which I interested in my free time, like romantic novels and magazines, which helped relieve my stress and soothe my mood as well. Until now, I sometimes go to the school library to grab some magazines or books to absorb some knowledge. As for my writing history, I have to admit that I wasn't good at composing English essays until I became the school representative for High School Skills Competition. Before I became the school representative, I couldn't compose a complete essay. But after I got training and did lots of practice, my skills in English writing had been greatly enhanced. Now, I'm pretty confident in my English writing abilities thanks to the time I dedicated to practicing composing essays. 

    Honestly speaking, the loading of this course is a big challenge for me, for I double major in the Department of Business Administration this semester. Therefore, I imagine that I will be worn out during the middle of the semester. As heavy as the workload is, I'm still looking forward to learning to utilize multimedia to create visual projects. And also, I expect to improve my reading and writing skills after this semester's required reading and blogging. With a view to helping myself to have a more smooth journey of this course, maybe I can start familiarizing myself with the use of multimedia and immerse myself in English more.
